Twelve small jobs. One estimate you never got round to.
Handyman work is lots of little tasks — and pricing them one by one is where the evening goes.
The list keeps growing on site
“While you're here…” turns a shelf into a shelf, a door, two blinds and a dripping tap. The estimate still says “shelf”.
Materials on your card
Screws, filler and a new hinge are one thing. A new tap is another — and nobody agreed who was paying for it.
Jobs that need a licensed trade
The customer assumed you'd move the socket too. Writing down what you don't do is the only way to not end up doing it.
Paid “next time I'm round”
Small jobs make small invoices, and small invoices get forgotten — by the customer and by you.

Paganki prices handyman work by the hour, with the small fixings included and the big exclusions written down.
Describe the whole list
“Hang three shelves, rehang a sticking door, fit two blinds and swap a tap, about four hours, customer buys the tap.” AI detects handyman work and pulls out the tasks, the hours, the number of tasks, materials and urgency.
The hourly rate does the math
About $50, $75 and $110 an hour across budget, recommended and premium on the default rate card, with a $100 minimum visit. Materials, hauling away old items and rush or emergency work add set percentages. Rules only — the AI never sets a price. Set your own rates in Settings → Rates.
AI writes the scope — and what you don't do
Work needing a licensed electrician, plumber or gas engineer, structural work, permits, materials unless included and anything not on the list are written out as exclusions. Review, send, and invoice it when you're done.
AI reads the job and writes the document. Rules do the math from your rates plus standard adjustments — the AI never sets a price.
One estimate for the whole visit
Hourly pricing and clear exclusions, so the “while you're here” jobs get priced too.
Minimum visit built in
A 30-minute job still costs the drive. The minimum charge is applied by rule, so small visits stay worth doing.
Three tiers, you choose
The whole list at budget, recommended and premium hourly rates; if materials are on you, a materials line is added to all three. You choose the one to send, and can switch or edit it first.
Exclusions in plain words
What needs a licensed trade, what's structural and what isn't on the list — written down before you start, not argued about after.
Yes becomes an invoice in one click
The accepted estimate turns into the invoice with the same line items. Nothing to re-type.
Recurring visits
Look after rentals or regular customers? Put the visit on a schedule and the invoice goes out by itself.
Paid before you leave
Show a QR code on the doorstep or email the invoice with its pay link. Card payment and an email and in-app alert. Stripe's standard processing fee for your country applies; no platform fee from us.
AI estimating, AI warranties and recurring billing are included in every plan. AI estimates have a monthly allowance — 3 on Freelancer (which also covers 3 invoices a month), 5 on Starter, 15 on Pro, 50 on Scale — shared with AI-written reminders if you turn those on. No add-on fees, no per-estimate charges.
