Rules price it — not the AI
Painting bills per square foot. Paganki prices the area at three rates — around $1.75, $3.00 and $4.50 per sq ft on the built-in defaults — then adds standard adjustments, each on its own line: an extra coat ~35%, prep ~15%, paint ~20%, trim ~15%, ceilings ~20%. Your job minimum is applied. The math is deterministic and you can edit any line. Set your own rates and minimum in Settings → Rates.
