Signed · Deposit · Paid

Get it signed. Take the deposit.
Get paid when the job's done.

Your customer signs the quote on their phone, pays the deposit before you leave, and can save their card so the balance is charged when you mark the job complete. No chasing, no awkward money talk.

  • Signature and deposit in one step, typed or drawn
  • Balance charged on completion, with notice first
  • Change orders and stage payments signed as you go
Sound familiar?

Doing the work is the easy part

Getting paid for it shouldn't take more time than the job itself.

"Yes" that isn't a yes

A verbal OK on site turns into silence a week later, after you've already blocked the day.

Chasing the balance

The job's done, the invoice is sent, and you're still texting reminders three weeks on.

"I never agreed to that"

Extra work agreed with a nod becomes a dispute when the bill arrives.

Surprise chargebacks

A customer who doesn't remember what they agreed to calls their bank instead of you.

How it works

From quote to paid in five steps

The same flow on every job, whether you quote on site or from the truck.

  1. 1

    Quote in minutes

Describe the job and AI drafts the quote with your own rates. Set a deposit, or let your default fill it in.

  2. 2

    The customer signs

On their phone or yours: typed or drawn. They get a signed copy and a PDF, and so do you.

  3. 3

    Deposit before you leave

They pay the deposit on the spot, and can tick a box to have the balance charged to the same card when the job is done.

  4. 4

    Do the work

Bill stage payments as you reach them, and get extras signed with change orders before you do them.

  5. 5

    Job complete, get paid

One tap issues the final invoice. Customers who saved a card are notified, then charged; everyone else gets a pay link.

During the job

Built for real jobs, not perfect ones

Scope changes, long jobs and cancellations are handled, not improvised.

Change orders, signed

Found rotten decking? Send the extra work. The customer signs it on their phone and it's added to the final invoice.

Stage payments

Bigger jobs get a schedule: 30% to start, 40% at rough-in, the rest on completion. Each stage is one tap to bill.

Jobs board

Every signed job in one place: what's paid, what's next, and how much is still to collect.

Why customers say yes

Fair to your customers, so they say yes

Every protection is built in, which is also what keeps chargebacks away.

A signed record

The customer keeps a signed PDF of exactly what they agreed: lines, payment schedule, your terms.

Notice before any charge

When the job's done they're emailed the amount, card and date before it's charged.

Their card, their choice

Saving a card is opt-in, and they can remove it any time and pay by link instead.

Never more than they signed

The saved card can only be charged what they agreed to, plus changes they signed.

You stay in control

Your rules, applied every time

Set them once in Settings; every new quote follows them.

Your terms on every quote

Cancellation and deposit terms are signed with the quote, so they're never a surprise.

Your notice period

Charge as soon as the job is done, or after 24, 48 or 72 hours.

Automatic follow-up

Unsigned quotes and unpaid deposits get reminders, so you don't have to.

Clean cancellations

Cancel a job in one step: refund what's fair, void what's unpaid, and the customer is told.

Start getting paid on every job

Stop chasing. Start getting paid.

Signed quotes, deposits up front and the balance on completion, on every job.

Questions tradespeople ask

Electronic signatures, typed or drawn, are generally recognised in the US, UK and EU for everyday agreements like quotes. We record who signed, when, from which IP address, and a fingerprint of exactly what they signed, and you both get a signed PDF. If your trade has special contract rules where you work, check them.
No. Set a default deposit percentage in Settings, change it per quote, or quote without one. A quote without a deposit becomes the invoice as soon as it's signed.
The customer is emailed the final invoice with a pay link straight away, and you're told. If their bank asks them to confirm the payment, they get a link to do it.
Yes. Saving a card for the balance is optional. Anyone who doesn't pays the final invoice from a link, with the payment methods you accept.
Send a change order. The customer approves it by signing on their phone, and it's added to the final invoice. Nothing extra can be charged without their signature.
Yes. Hand them your phone to sign and pay the deposit, and when you finish you can charge the balance immediately instead of waiting out the notice period.
