RECURRING BILLING

Set it once. Get paid on autopilot.

Put your repeat customers on a schedule and Paganki does the rest — generating a real invoice each cycle, emailing it with a PDF, and automatically recovering failed payments so revenue never quietly slips through the cracks.

TRY IT

Build a schedule and preview every charge date

Pick a frequency, a start date and an amount. Paganki previews exactly when each invoice goes out — including the tricky month-end math — before you ever hit save.

HOW IT WORKS

Everything a repeat invoice needs, handled

Configure the schedule once. The worker takes it from there — accurately, idempotently, on your timezone.

Flexible schedules

Daily, weekly, monthly or every 28 days — each with an interval count, so "every 2 weeks" or "every 3 months" is one click.

Auto-generated invoices

A worker creates a real, numbered invoice each cycle from your line items, memo, currency and due-days offset. Correct month-end math built in.

Auto-send with PDF

Toggle it on and every cycle's invoice is emailed to your customer with a freshly rendered PDF. Toggle it off to review drafts first.

Preview the next dates

See exactly when the next charges land before you save — the same preview powers the builder above. No surprises for you or your customer.

Full control, anytime

Pause, resume, cancel, or "run now" to generate on demand. Every occurrence is idempotent, so you never double-invoice a cycle.

Timezone-aware

Set the start date, an optional end date and the schedule's timezone. Invoices go out on the day you meant, not the day the server woke up.

SMART PAYMENT RECOVERY

Failed payments recover themselves

A declined card used to mean a lost month and an awkward email. Now Paganki works the recovery for you — quietly, on a schedule, and without ever charging a card it shouldn't.

An automatic retry ladder

When a payment fails, Paganki retries the saved card off-session on an exponential ladder — 1 hour, then 6, then 24 — up to 3 attempts inside a 7-day window.

3DS-aware, never pushy

If the card needs authentication, Paganki stops retrying and emails the customer a secure payment link instead — no failed-charge spam, no lock-outs.

A nudge when it matters

After the final failed attempt, the customer gets a clear "please update your payment method" prompt — so you recover the relationship, not just the invoice.

A receipt on success

The moment a retry goes through, the customer gets a receipt and the schedule carries on like nothing happened. You see it all in one place.

Recurring billing, answered

Paganki automatically generates and emails a real invoice with a PDF every cycle. Your customer pays that invoice through the secure portal. The one exception is recovery: after a payment that has already been attempted fails, Paganki retries the saved card off-session to recover it.
The date math clamps to the last valid day. A monthly schedule starting January 31 lands on February 28 (or 29 in a leap year), then March 31, and so on — you can preview all of it in the builder above before you save.
Yes. Pause, resume or cancel any schedule at any time, and use "run now" to generate an invoice on demand. Every occurrence is idempotent, so pausing and resuming never double-invoices a cycle.
Paganki retries the saved card off-session on an exponential ladder — 1h, 6h, then 24h, up to 3 attempts within a 7-day window. If the card needs 3DS authentication, it stops and emails a secure payment link, and after the final failure the customer is prompted to update their payment method.
