All plans are a flat monthly or annual subscription with no platform fee — you pay only Stripe's standard processing on the payments you collect. Every plan includes PCI-compliant card payments through Stripe and a customer payment portal.
Payment is due at signup. Your subscription renews monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. There is no free trial. You can explore the interactive demo before subscribing and cancel future renewals in billing settings.
Yes. You can get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, as long as none of your invoices has been paid and no quote has been accepted yet. Email [email protected] from your account email to ask. You can also cancel anytime: you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
When you reach a monthly limit, you can upgrade your plan or wait for it to reset: usage resets on the 1st of each calendar month (UTC). The usage card on your dashboard turns amber at 80% of a limit. There are no overage fees.
Annual billing is our discount: an annual plan costs about the same as 10 months on monthly billing. We don't run other discount programs at the moment.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payments are processed by Stripe, so your card details never touch our servers.
No setup fees, no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for; after that you need to subscribe again to keep using Paganki. Your data stays saved.
