The visit rate does the math
About $95, $150 and $240 per visit across budget, recommended and premium on the default rate card, with a $120 minimum. Termites add ~100%, bed bugs ~120%, rodents ~30%; properties over 2,500 sq ft (about 230 m²) add ~10% per extra 1,000 sq ft. Monthly plans get 5% off. Rules only — the AI never sets a price. AI writes the scope — and the prep
Sealing entry points, repairing pest damage, wildlife removal, fumigation and neighbouring properties are written out as exclusions, and the customer's preparation is set out as an assumption. Review and send it; set up the recurring plan once they agree.
AI reads the job and writes the document. Rules do the math from your rates plus standard adjustments — the AI never sets a price.
